We want you to be delighted with your order from Colee Wilkinson. Each piece is created with care in collaboration with trusted U.S. production partners and made especially for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@coleewilkinson.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can assess and provide a resolution. Once verified, we’ll coordinate with our production team to send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. In most cases, you won’t need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable & Custom Items

Because many of our products are made to order or custom-labeled (including candles, embroidered goods, and personalized items), we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color variation, or preference. Please double-check product details before placing your order. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help before you purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our items begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@coleewilkinson.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has begun, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
